Dr. Ashley and her team are ONE OF A KIND. Knowledgeable, experienced, patient, gentle…and did I say kind! You’re always greeted with a smile. I’ve been taking all my love bugs (2 dogs, 4 cats) to see this crew for more than 15 years, since before Dr. Ashley took the leap and established Coal Creek Animal Hospital a couple years ago - they are all true gems. 💎My dog LOVES to go see everybody at Coal Creek.

10/10 would recommend this vet to anyone in the area. They really want to make your pet feel at ease with the exam. They are also really kind and considerate w/ their human customers as well. Update: Since my first review my dog has had her teeth cleaned here under general anesthesia and also had a wellness exam with vaccines. I still give them a 10/10. You can tell all of the staff here really love their job and the work they do. I'm glad we live nearby and can keep coming here.

The staff is wonderful. Everyone I’ve met here has been kind, caring, and compassionate. Even my pup likes coming here; she gets so excited to go to the vet!

I followed Dr. Ashley to here from her old clinic after the previous vet asked me if I was brushing my cat’s teeth… when I’d had them surgically removed there a few years prior. I trust Coal Creek with my cat’s life, which is the highest praise I can give them. They care deeply for her and let her comfort level dictate how they interact. Staff don’t hesitate to get down on the floor, for example. I consider them partners in ensuring my cat’s long life and happiness.
